    if your software is free you should not have to sign up with your identity

    My account/subscription has been paid for 2 years running but all of a sudden I have no content access on the app!! Please fix/unlock or advise how to address as I need to study!!

    I cannot connect to 3D Canine Academy. I receive an error message saying, "Network Connection Issues." Our IT department has looked into it and they cannot connect using different web browsers, different laptops or different servers. I can connect through my iPhone using an Apple app. Images are too small to be of use on a phone. Do you plan to fix the Microsoft app?
